Use hook 4 mm.
The small head:
Use beige or
grey yarn.
Begin with the chin:

Cut the yarn
and sew the nose slightly folded in the middle of the face.

Hair:
To the small
head i used 45 cm strings, 55 cm for the large one.
Fold the
string and pull the loop with the hook around one row on the head. Pull the
loose strings through the loop and pull tight. Look at the pictures.
